Terms & Conditions
These terms describe how ordering works today. They are a starting point and should be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.
Orders are requests
Submitting the form places a request, not a completed purchase. Our team contacts you to confirm the details before anything is prepared or shipped. A request becomes an order once we have confirmed it with you.
Pricing and shipping
Nexo is 4,999 EGP. Shipping is a fixed fee determined by the Egyptian governorate you select, and the total shown before you submit includes both. Prices are calculated by us at the time the order is created.
Payment
No payment is taken through this website. Payment arrangements are made directly with our team when your order is confirmed.
Product capabilities
Nexo does what the Features page describes. Functionality marked as coming soon — including the robot dashboard and configuration tools — is planned but not yet available, and is not part of what you are ordering today.
